  Planned maintenance programs and resources as agreed with Clients, regularly visiting the vessel for inspection and ensuring the general efficiency and upkeep to the standards required by the Clients.

Providing Clients with reports on technical condition and progress.

  Inventory and placing orders for economic purchases of necessary stores, repairs, spares and lubricating oil. 

   Follow up and arranging of surveys.

Keeping the vessel fully classed in accordance with the regulation of her flag state including all relevant certificates.

  Planning and preparation of vessel’s drydocking well in advance. Assessment of damages and averages. Negotiating relevant contracts, terms of credit and dates of payment in coordination with Clients. 

Effecting all the necessary arrangements and supervision. Appointing Surveyors and Consultants when necessary. Providing Principals after docking/repairs with reports on technical position. 

  SEoA Shipping implement the technical budgets as agreed and approved by the Clients. Separate costing will be provided for dry docking and special works or major repairs, as necessary.

If necessary, assisting with supplies of bunker fuel of the quality specified by the Clients as required for the vessel’s trade.

  In our capacity as Technical Managers, we shall take over all the duties and responsibilities imposed by the ISM Code and undertake to implement the SEaO Shipping safety management system complying with the Code, arrange for the vessels to be audited and for a Safety Management Certificate to be issued.

  Establishment of a budgeting system to meet our Clients’ requirements. Present annually, or as it may be required, a projection of all costs for the following twelve-month period.

Quarterly reports showing daily technical running expenses will be provided, including where appropriate explanations as regards probable deviations from the Budget.

Processing all Hull and Machinery insurance claims as well as submission and discussion with Underwriters.
